Fashion innovators are trend setters, not followers. We as the public tend to follow into their footsteps in many of their highly admired fashion choices. They have changed fashion and redefined it. Today there are many fashion innovators that we gladly worship. Example we have many pop divas that are not only amazing at what they do but their fashion sense and styles are always appreciated and impeccable. Pop divas like Lady Gaga, Gwen Stefani, Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, Beyonce, and Christiana Aguilera are just a few of the fashion innovators. All these innovators share their styles and fashion sense with the public and set new trends for us to accept and even most of the time follow. Because of them fashion lives!

Louis Vuitton, flashback
Fashion represents us as individuals. Even though we are highly influenced by fashion icons we also develop our own sense of fashion through the years. We will always flashback to certain eras as fashion is never new. Even though new styles may emerge we always revive some of the hits from all the different eras. You may see these style flashbacks represented in the actual garment, part of the fabric, silhouette, or even hair style or decoration.
Like the Louis Vuitton Spring collection. I see the '70s represented through the hair of the models. I'm not sure if that was the look he was going for but that is my take on his collection. Even some of the fabrics/prints well represent possible colors and designs of the 1970's.
This is a new hit for Louis Vuitton. We can distinguish him for more than just his gorgeous handbags. This is apart from what we expect from him. Essentially, that is what fashion is always about, expecting the unexpected.
'60s icon to launch fashion line
Fashion has evolved through the years. We have encountered a variety of styles and trends. Many of them that go back to different eras, even though the styles are somewhat similar they might change the fabrics or even the silhouette. We have had many fashion icons through the years. Many of them who changed the ways and styles of many. Twiggy for example was one of the most inspiring fashion icons of the '60s era. She was always right on the dot with everything she ever wore. Everyone aspired to be like her. She impacted fashion greatly in that era. She is now making a comeback and launching her own clothing line. Once again she will strike and make her statement in fashion.
"Twiggy will hit the TV shopping channel HSN on April 3 with an affordable line of skinnyjeans, ruffled blouses, gypsy skirts, jackets and accessories in bold colors and price points of under $100. That, she said, would have pleased her younger self, who saved up spending money to splurge at London's popular Biba boutique." -According to the article above.
Twiggy is a well known name. She impacted fashion and how people saw fashion at the time. Now launching her own clothing line will be a great move for her career. I believe her line can bring in success, and recognition once again. Hopefully we can all see a little more of the '60s influence.
